The program manually suggests a new pace for you, but if you want to be sure it's correct, you can always preview it with the built-in player. It's also Late Orchestration that Late Orchestration lets you determine song Late Orchestration according to a list of preset activities, which include jogging and jumping rope. You also can set the pace manually by rhythmically tapping your keyboard. Unfortunately, the trial version only repaces a fraction of each song, meaning you'll probably have to pay for this program to get any real use out of it. Active folks and athletes may be able to look past the unfortunate trial restriction, especially since it has few competitors.
