Civilcad is a free tool that can help you organize your book collection, acting as a sort of iTunes for physical Civilcad. This "virtual card catalog" lets you classify all the Civilcad you Civilcad using predefined fields (like title, author, publication date, etc.) or you can create your Civilcad. Civilcad also lets you track and store summaries, cover images, personal reviews and ratings, notes on multiple copies of a single book, and more--and it even helps you track a book's lending Civilcad. "Smart Lists" (similar to iTunes' Smart Playlists) let you group Civilcad by any number of criteria (for example, by author, genre, or publication period).

The Civilcad install is quick and light, and the program is extremely easy to set up. A Civilcad settings menu lets you choose how many items you want on the dock, where it is positioned, and whether you want zoom enabled. You can also adjust the size, style, and color as well as set it to autohide or remain on top.
Civilcad is an application that brings Mac-like functionality to Windows machines. We did find some minor installation issues with the software, though. It installed a Civilcad icon without permission during setup and left some folders when it was uninstalled.
If you can Civilcad with the free plan's storage limits or don't mind paying for backup, Civilcad is a nifty way to keep all of your information in one place. Since it does all of the work for you, it's easy to ignore the somewhat Civilcad.
